The concert line-up at Bethel Woods for the summer of 2017 just got even more impressive with the addition of the Garbage/Blondie co-headlining tour. The dynamic show will feature icons from two important eras of musical exploration. The Rage and Rapture Tour will touch down on Saturday July 29th.

 

First, Blondie helped usher in new wave in the mid 1970's and evolved into other styles like disco, reggae and early rap. Garbage were an important part of the Alt Rock scene of the mid 1990's. Their self titled debut album was released in 1995 went on to sell more than four million copies.

Garbage drummer Butch Vig is a legendary producer in his own right, having produced Nirvana's Nevermind and Smashing Pumpkins Siamese Dream among many others.

Day of show, parking lots will open at 5, gates are at 7 and showtime is 8 p.m. Tickets for this pavilion only show start at $53.00 and are on sale Friday.
