FREEDOM PLAINS - It was a tale of two halves as the Arlington Admirals looked sluggish in the first half and on point in the second half. The Admirals were trailing 9-5 at halftime after Horace Greeley got a quick 3-0 in the first 4 minutes. But in the second half Arlington began to play fundamentally sound lacrosse and outscored the Quakers 7-2.

"We just weren't playing the way we know we can and coming off two heartbreaking losses I told the kids to remember what that felt like and let's do everything in our power not to feel that again," said head coach Don Connolly.

Kevin Litchauer led Arlignton with five goals, Brendan Sunday scored a hatrick and assisted in five goals. Arlington didn't actually take its first lead of the game until late in the 4th quarter, in fact, there were just 48 seconds on the clock when the Admirals finally took over the scoreboard and held on for the win. Arlington improves to 3-2 on the season.

"3-2 is a lot better than 2-and-3," said Senior Attackman Brendan Sunday.
