Football Food: What Part of a Pig Does The Shank Come From?

This is one instance where we are actually excited about getting "shanked!" Our football tailgating food of the week is a Bavarian pork shank. Bill Joe's Ribworks is still serving some amazing items off of their Oktoberfest menu, so they decided to show off the enormous pork shank; made with fresh apples, cider and a gravy that could be a meal on its own.
