This poor little girl will have a lot issues growing up. According to the Sun Sentinel, a Florida woman was arrested Tuesday and stands accused of leaving her 3-year-old daughter behind in a liquor store. Why? 28 year old Stefanie Stern and her boyfriend allegedly fled the Fort Lauderdale liquor store back on Dec 22nd, after the boyfriend pulled a gun on another customer.

34 year old Reginald Lee pulled the gun on the other customer, after the two got into an argument. Lee chased the other person from the store, only to fumble with the gun and end up shooting himself in the leg. Lee handed the gun to Stern and two fled to a nearby alley way, leaving the little girl behind.

Detectives went to the store and viewed the surveillance footage. A warrant was issued and Stern was arrested Tuesday. She faces charges of child neglect without great bodily harm and tampering with evidence. Her bond was set at $2,000, and the Judge ordered a guardian be appointed for her daughter.
