Curious about the politics of your neighbors? Now you can search the Hudson Valley to find the names of anyone who donated at least $1 to Trump or Clinton.

With the political climate as divided as it is you may be curious to find out which side of the political aisle your neighbors are on. Before the country became so partisan it used to be easy to find out who was voting for what candidate. Supporters proudly displayed lawn signs and had friendly conversations about politics. Now many keep their political leanings secret in fear of being harassed by others and causing animosity in the neighborhood.

Individual donations to political candidates is public information and easily available online. NY Databases has posted a searchable database that lets users view individual political contributions by county and sort them by town. So whether you live in Middletown, Newburgh, Poughkeepsie or Kingston you can find out exactly who in your neighborhood is supporting each candidate and how much money they've pledged to help them get elected.

Here's a link to the database so you can see for yourself who's supporting who. Come on, we know you're curious.
