The Food Bank of the Hudson Valley will host its 3rd Annual Farm to Fork Feast Thursday, November 9 from 6 - 9 p.m. at The Country Club at Otterkill ,100 Otter Road in Campbell Hall. This is the Food Banks main fundraiser, and what a night it's going to be.

The Farm to Fork Feast will feature a 4 course dinner with wine pairings, prepared by local chefs using local produce and other locally sourced foods. A cocktail hour and silent auction will precede the dinner, and tasting stations will feature samples of some of the finest food and drink produced in the Hudson Valley. The dinner will be prepared by The Country Club at Otterkill, The Culinary Institute of America, Cosimo's on Union, and Henry's at the Farm. The tasting station will feature samples from Newburgh Brewing Company, Orange County Distillery, Tuthilltown Distillery and Restaurant, Hudson Ale Works, and more.
