Facebook Users Unleash Angry Comments Over WPDH Article

Boy are you guys angry.

If you've visited the WPDH Facebook page recently you may have noticed an abundance of angry comments. It seems that even the most innocent of news stories or status updates have been generating an almost comical amount of hatred.

As the host of the Boris and Robyn Show I do most of the posting on our Facebook page. And as a result, I've received the lion's share of angry messages. While some posts may understandably spark debate and disagreement amongst our listeners, lately even the most benign stories have been generating some crazy trash talk.

For example, I thought a recent story about how lifeguards check a local lake for leeches would be an interesting read, so I shared it on our page. Even this fun little story was enough to send some of our followers completely off the deep end:
