Pizza savant Scott Wiener was featured on CBS Sunday Morning this week to educate the world on something you never thought you'd need.

A little while back, Scott of Scott's Pizza Tours took a bunch of Hudson Valley residents on a bus tour through New York City to eat pizza and learn about the history of everyone's favorite food.

As someone who has gone on the tour 3 or 4 times--and had an awesome time AND learned something new each time--I can say, without question in my mind, that he's an absolute genius when it comes to pizza. If only we all cared so much about something as he does about pizza this world would be a better place.

But it's not just pizza; he loves the history of the food, and of course, he loves the boxes they're shipped in. In fact, the dude wrote a book about the pizza box. No, seriously. Check it out here. I've read it. It's awesome. He'll actually make you interested in pizza boxes.

Okay, fine. So he's a buddy of mine whose business I think is rad and whose passion for pizza I admire. But don't just take my word for it. The fine folks over at CBS agreed, and in looking for a Super Bowl Sunday story about football, who else could they turn to? The man who literally has the Guinness World Record for most pizza boxes.
