Ribbon cutting to celebrate 2 year anniversary at our Middletown location.

T.A.R.A. has served over 100,000 cats in 13 years and over 3,000 dogs in the last two years at our new stationary clinic.
On April 15th 2014, T.A.R.A. opened the doors to its state-of-the-art, stationary clinic for dogs at 60 Enterprise Place in Middletown, New York. Opening day we spayed and neutered 13 dogs and since then, our numbers have been steadily growing. Our success is attributable to a bequest and a grant from the ASPCA in New York. In addition, we have started a weekly vaccine clinic for cats and dogs that already have been spayed/neutered at the stationary clinic. We can now provide affordable prices for vaccines and other small services including doggie dental to the general public and, especially, for those of lower income.
The Animal Rights Alliance Inc., T.A.R.A., is addressing one of the greatest causes of animal suffering, pet overpopulation. Our mission is to reduce the number of stray, abandoned and unwanted cats and dogs from coming into a system that cannot hold them. This will stop the killing and create more good homes. Our organization operates a low-cost, high-volume, high-quality feline mobile spay/neuter clinic in its 13th year of operation. In addition, we also opened a stationary state-of-the-art spay/neuter clinic, focused on dogs, in April 2014. The T.A.R.A. stationary clinic is located in Middletown, New York.
