Everyone is welcome to join Support Connection at their Support-A-Walk Open House. Meet Support Connection staff and volunteers, enjoy light refreshments, and receive hands-on help getting ready for the 20th Anniversary Support-A-Walk on October 5 at FDR Park in Yorktown Heights, NY. Meet our staff and volunteers, enjoy light refreshments and take advantage of our hands-on help. We'll help you: Form a Team - Set up an online fundraising page - Purchase a Tribute Message Sign - Register or Donate. Pick up Walk brochures, flyers and t-shirts.
