The non-profit organization Project Thunder will be hosting a Summer Gatsby, a summer wine extravaganza that will be the event of the year. The formal fundraising event on the waterfront includes three hours of dancing to a line-up of live music, fresh summer cuisine provided by the talented Chef Brandon Walker from the Food Network's Rewrapped, and a complementary bottle of wine with every pair of tickets purchased. Proceeds from the evening will be used toward Project Thunder's expansion of academic enrichment services and the creation of its new program, which includes a career and entrepreneurship center.
