On January 18th, United Way of the Dutchess-Orange Region is offering a organization sustainability training for nonprofit professionals. The training will provide key tools to successfully convey your organization's mission internally and externally, in order to retain and inspire staff, board, donors and volunteers. This program is FREE for nonprofit professionals in Dutchess and Orange Counties. Preregistration is requested.

The training, Nonprofit Sustainability: Communicating Your Mission, will feature two engaging hands-on workshops. Nicholas Mauro (Senior Human Resources Generalist, Marist College) will provide key tools to retain and inspire staff, board members, donors and volunteers in his presentation,  "The Road to Engagement: Mission, Trust & Leadership." Lisa Sommers (Vice President of Client Services, Focus Media) walks us through how best to communicate your mission in her presentation, "Inspiring Others: Sharing YOUR Mission & Telling YOUR Story."  There will be time for networking, so please feel free to bring your business cards and handouts to share!

There is no charge to attend, but registration is limited and is open to all nonprofit professionals in Orange and Dutchess Counties. To guarantee your space, register now. This training is presented in conjunction with our partner at Marist College.
