Annual German Heritage Day 2017
Germania of Poughkeepsie will present their Annual German Heritage Day and Bake Sale on Saturday February 11, 2017 from 10 am – 4 pm at the Poughkeepsie Galleria (Center Court). German Heritage Day is to introduce and share our German heritage and culture with the Hudson Valley.
The Germania Men and Ladies Chorus along with the GTV Germania Almrausch Schuplattler and Kindergruppe will be performing throughout the day. Germania members and chefs will have delicious and varied cakes and pastries for purchase, featuring German favorites including as Apple Strudel and Linzer Tart.
