This event will provide a comprehensive overview of the topic of Sexual Harassment in the Workplace. Employees will learn their rights and the steps they can take if they experience Sexual
Harassment. Employers will learn their responsibilities to create a safe, respectful workplace and how to respond to those who have been impacted in a compassionate and victim-centered manner.

* This topic is especially relevant in light of the recent provisions of NY S-7848A which obligate all NYS employers, by October 9, 2018, to 1)have a written sexual harassment policy and 2)perform annual sexual harassment training.

- Featured speaker, Jonna Spilbor, Esq., is an Attorney, TV Legal Analyst, and Radio Personality. Licensed to practice in NY, California, and the District of Columbia, Jonna owns and operates Jonna Spilbor Law, a full-service law firm in Poughkeepsie, NY.

- Brittney L. Denley, Esq., Associate Director of the Vassar College Office of Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action/Title IX.

- Leah Feldman, Director of the Center for Victim Safety and Support, Family Services,Dutchess County.
