We are offering a beginner class for people who are interested in learning the basics of meditation. The class will be taught by Naoko Oshima and Arthur Driscoll. The duration of the class will be about 45 minutes.
Naoko is an artist and a personal trainer in Kingston. Her meditation originated in her own painting process when she began to explore her inner world for her artistic expression.
Arthur Driscoll is a personal trainer in New York City who has studied Hatha and Raja Yoga in the early 70’s practicing the old school art of meditation.
