Friends of the Poughkeepsie Public Library Book Store Specialty Book 40 Cent Sale

All hardcover and paperback travel, foreign language & history books, including U.S. history, will be on sale at 40 cents each 10/27-11/17 at the Friends of the Poughkeepsie Public Library District’s Book Store, 141 Boardman Rd., Poughkeepsie. Books on the Hudson Valley & New York will also be part of the sale.

More than 20,000 books on the store’s shelves in a wide variety of categories including fiction & nonfiction, children’s & young adults’ hardcover & paperback books will be available at their regular prices of $2 or less. A selection of special books that are individually priced are also available.

Store hours: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
