The Friends of the Kingston Library announce their Fall Used Book Sale, to be held in the basement of the library.
Thousands of books are available, with low prices of $1 for hardbacks, CDs, and DVDs (3 for $2); 50¢ for paperbacks, LPs, and VHS; 25¢ for all children’s items, including videos; and 10¢ for magazines.
We also have a large collection of Life magazines, mostly from the 1930s and 1940s, which we are offering for sale as a set.
The sale helps raise funds to support library programs, such as the popular children’s Super Saturday series. The Super Saturday program “The Puppet People: A Christmas Carol” will be held on the day of the sale at 10:30.
