DC BEARS HOLIDAY YOUTH MEET & GREET

At the Bears we are made up of young men who predominantly hale from the Newburgh-Beacon area...and we are making it OUR MISSION to help encourage and empower the youth in this area to effect change in both their own lives and the community.
Our goal is that this event shall become our "First Annual" holiday event and be the first of MANY such community outreach events.

This event will include:
* Mix & Mingle with the staff/players/coaches & owner of the DC Bears ~ as well as a few marines from the Toys for Tots program located on site
* Door prize raffle (one ticket/chance per child ~ no fee)
(raffle will include various items such as an official FSFL Wilson Football)
* Light refreshments
* One ticket per child for free admission to a DC Bears home game in the 2016 season
* One Bears photograph per child which can be autographed if they choose
* One gift bag per child

The plan is to give a short speech on who we are & what we do and then give the kids a chance to talk to the players/staff/marines on a personal level in smaller informal groups. We will also be presenting the Marines with our donation to their Toys for Tots holiday toy drive at the conclusion of our function.
