35.3% of deaths in American women over the age of 20, or more than 432,000, are caused by cardiovascular disease each year. More than 200,000 women die each year from heart attacks- five times as many women as breast cancer.
This is a true scary statistic.
I been fighting this disease for many years now by exercising every day and eating a healthy diet. Knowledge is power.
It's time to unite again to bring awareness to this disease that is still being ignored by many. Specially women.
We are gonna dance for two hours with a group of amazing instructors who are donating their time to bring awareness to this disease. Two hours of good heart pumping fun.

Representatives from The American Heart Association will do a brief acknowledgment and talk about heart attack warning signs in women.
Last year our event was big. Let's make this one bigger. Bring your family and friends to unite for a couple of hours for this amazing cause.
100% of the proceeds will go to the AHA.
