Enjoy an Evening, Help a Neighbor

Don't you love it when you can have a fun night and help a neighbor and friend at the same time? You can do just that this Saturday, Nov. 11 in Red Hook. It's the Friends of Diane fund raising event at the Red Hook Firehouse, 42 Firehouse Lane, from 5 pm - 10 pm.

Diane McPeck Zweier is a Red Hook community member who has suffered some chronic health problems that most recently have left her with a below the knee amputation. Diane has a long road to recovery ahead of her, and the community is getting together to raise money to give her a little help.

The evening will feature ziti and meatballs, live music, a silent auction,a 50/50 raffle, and a cash bar for beer and wine. All proceed will go to Diane and her son.
