The Dutchess County Fair is a tradition for thousands of Hudson Valley families. Each year, during the last week of August, there's food, fun, entertainment, exhibits, animals, and more to see and experience. How would you like to not only create memories with your family and friends, but also save some money on admission and 50% on rides?

You can, up until midnight on August 21, with advanced tickets to the 2016 Dutchess County Fair. There are various locations throughout the Hudson Valley where you can purchase tickets in person, but you can also go to the Dutchess County Fair's website and buy on-line.

You can purchase admission and ride tickets at the following locations: Acme stores in Brewster, Hopewell Junction,and Pleasant Valley; Adams in Kingston, Newburgh, Poughkeepsie, and Wappingers Falls; Agway in Chatham, Claverack, and Millerton; Decicco’s in Brewster; Food Town in Cold Spring; Fresh Town (Food Town) in Amenia; G.E. Masten in Pleasant Valley; Ginsbergs in Hudson; Hackett Farm Supply in Salt Point; Macs Farm & Garden in Red Hook and New Paltz; Pine Plains Emporium in– Pine Plains; Price Chopper in Catskill, Hudson, Poughkeepsie, and Saugerties; Stop & Shop in Hyde Park, Hopewell Jct., Poughkeepsie (59 Burnett Blvd), Poughkeepsie (2540 South Rd), Rhinebeck, and Wappingers Falls; Utter Bros Feed in Pawling; and Williams Lumber in Rhinebeck. For admission tickets only, head to Rhinebeck Bank locations in Hyde Park, Mid-Hudson (Across From Marist), South Road, Red Hook, and Rhinebeck.

You can save on admission, grandstand, and ride tickets by buying early.  Advance adult admission to the Dutchess County Fair is $12 ($15 at the gate). Seniors (65+) and active Military are admitted for $10 and children 11 years and under are admitted free every day of the fair. Tickets are also on sale at the Fairgrounds Office, Monday through Friday 9 to 4 where you can also get a week-long fair pass for $50 until August 22 at 4 pm.
