Rough night for Gordon Milligan. The Pennsylvania man was having one too many drinks while at Wooley Bully's Bar in New Brighton before being cut off by the bartender. Milligan didn't take too well to being refused a drink, so the drunken man allegedly got into his pick up truck and rammed it right into the building. While the building was said to have shaken a bit after the impact, there was minimal damage and thankfully no one was hurt. What heppened next though is the really unbelievable part....after smashing his truck into the bar, Milligan was said to have gotten out and asked the bartender for yet another drink.  Did he think the bar had some sort of drive through service?

Bartenders attempted to try to sober him up, but the 36 year old Milligan allegedly got into his truck again and sped off. Police say he then crashed his truck into a fence. Police found him uninjured in his truck and smelling off alcohol. Once in the back of the police cruiser, Milligan became even more defiant and began kicking the back window, before being pulled out of the car and then kicking an officer in the chest. According to the Beaver County Times he's harged with aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, resisting arrest and driving under the influence
