Drunk Man Crashes Into Columbia County Home, Police Say

The incident occurred in the middle of the afternoon on Sunday.

On Sunday at approximately 3:05 p.m. state police were dispatched to County Route 10 in the town of Livingston for a report of a car into a house.

Investigation found that Kevin W. Jornov Jr, 30, of Kinderhook operated a 2014 Ford Escape into the garage portion of a residence on County Route 10. Further investigation found that his BAC was 0.18%.

Jornov was arrested and his passenger was tranported to a local hospital with minor injuries. Jornov was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated.

He was issued appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Livingston Court.
