Don’t Hate Me, But I Have A Confession

Call me un-American, but I have a confession....I don't love turkey.  I really like chicken.  And I like duck, and even cornish hens.  But, turkey?  Not so much.  We even cook ours outside on the grill to make it taste less like turkey...and I still don't like it all that much. And there are always way too many leftovers,. I think next year for Thanksgiving, I'll make a really big chicken instead.  Does anybody else break the tradition of turkey on Thanksgiving?  Comment below...gotta go...the turkey soup is boiling over....
