Dog Rescued From Icy Waters in This Dramatic Footage [VIDEO]

This dramatic footage was shot near Lake Michigan of a dog being pulled from the icy waters. After he saw the labrador retriever fall into the wate of Betsie Lake near the Frankfort Shipping Channel on Lake Michigan, U.S. Coast Guard Petty Officer 3rd Class Tim Putnam knew he had to spring to action.
