Are you asking yourself "Is it Christmas yet?" or "How soon is too soon to watch Christmas movies again?" then this might be up your ally.

If you're anything like me and are probably still watching those made for tv Christmas movies on Netflix, the Hallmark Channel, Lifetime or ABC Family (yes, I know it's Freeform now but it will always be ABC Family to me) that played over the holiday season.

What can I say, I'm a sucker for cheesy Christmas plots?

A few of the more popular Christmas movies this year had Hudson Valley ties. One was filmed in Rhinebeck, another took place in Pleasant Valley and the other starred an actress who lives right here in the Hudson Valley.

How would you like to be in one of these magical films?

According to Country Living the Hallmark Channel is currently casting extras for their holiday movies. Christmas themed movies are usually filmed in the warmer months so they're ready to air by the holidays.

Synthetic Cinema is looking for extras for an upcoming "Christmas Romantic Drama" that will have a New England vibe and film in southeast Connecticut.

Spots and times for extra's filled up rather quickly, however when you do sign up you can be notified of other extra opportunities.

Who knows, maybe you'll playing the role of Elf #3 next to Melissa Joan Heart one day.

For more details on  how to sign up visit the Synthetic Cinema website.
