Can you figure out why this license plate has been revoked by the Texas DMV?

Safeer Hasaan had a vanity plate made for his Lamborghini three years ago, but now he's being told that it's against Texas policy to keep it. PIX11.com is reporting that the plate has been deemed offensive because of its "hidden" meaning.

The plate simply reads "370H55V." However, if you read it upside down it becomes a curse word:

According to Texas law, license plates can be revoked if they "invoke a response from other drivers that would be driving past that vehicle." Of course, no one would know about the hidden meaning unless the Lamborghini somehow flipped over... which would be much more distracting to a passing vehicle than a lewd license plate.

Hassan says the he is thinking about appealing the DMV's decision.
