Disney World Seven Dwarfs Mine Train Ride Set On Fire

It was anything but magical at Disney World on Saturday. Parkgoers watched helplessly as the new Seven Dwarfs Mine Train ride was set ablaze by some wayward fireworks. Disney World in Orlando is one of the most photographed locations in the world, so it's no surprise that social media exploded with thousands of pictures and videos of the event like the one below.

WESH.com reports that cast members immediately ushered guests out of the ride. There were no reported injuries outside of a few rattled parents and children who watched the entire event take place. Eyewitnesses say that embers from the Magic Kingdom fireworks show landed on top of the building, igniting the blaze. Firefighters rushed to the scene and were able to get the building under control quickly. Park officials say that the ride is open today and that there was no permanent damage done.
