The burlesque club at SUNY New Paltz invites undergraduates to shed their clothes on stage.

The Alpha Psi Ecdysia undergrad burlesque troupe was formed back in 2008. According to their Facebook page, the club "tantalizes and titillates its audiences through theatrical striptease." The club also gives a chance for members to have a more positive self image and learn to be comfortable with their bodies.

The club recently hosted a show at the college's Parker Theater titled "Trick Or Tease." The show featured Halloween-themed performances by members of Alpha Psi Ecdysia. In the past the group has hosted other other holiday shows, including this one where Santa winds up in wrapping paper while receiving a lap dance.

Other shows that have been put on by the group include this past Spring's "Nerdgasm," which was a sexy twist on popular games and movies. Last Fall the group presented a historical-themed show titled "The Breast of Times (The Wurst of Times)."

You can learn more about Alpha Psi Ecdysia and check out their upcoming productions through their official Facebook page.
