Crystal Pepsi Returns to Store Shelves This Summer!

First we were treated with the return of Ecto Cooler, now we will get to experience Crystal Pepsi once again! 

PepsiCo announced Wednesday that Crystal Pepsi will return to store shelves this summer, giving everybody a chance to experience this retro soda.

Crystal Pepsi will be available for purchase on August 8.

Crystal Pepsi made its debut in 1992, but was off the market by early 1994.  The soda did make a brief return in 2015 during a contest where Pepsi handed out 13,000 six-packs to winners.

Pepsi has also has released an online video game called "The Crystal Pepsi Trail", obviously a spin on the 90's computer game "The Oregon Trail". Pepsi is definitely making all those 90's kids feel nostalgic with this promotion.
