The man who is suspected of firing a gun in the Crossgates Mall last month will face a judge Monday.

Nobody was injured after shots were fired in the Crossgates Mall on November 12, 2016. The incident sent shoppers into a panic, rushing to get out of the mall after shots rang out near the Apple Store.

Following a police investigation, Tesheem Mayweather, 20, of Albany was indicted by a grand jury on the charges of Attempted Murder, Attempted Assault, Criminal Possession of a Weapon, and Reckless Endangerment.

Mayweather will face a judge Monday morning as he will be arraigned in Albany County Court.

The incident led to the Crossgates Mall being put on lock-down for hours, while police searched the building, according to a press release.
