Craft beer lovers, get ready. There could be ANOTHER brewery coming to the Hudson Valley. Where? Goshen.

According to the Times Herald Record, the Village of Goshen Planning Board has granted final conditional approval for Kikkerfrosch LLC to build a beer brewery on Route 17M. Now, the board will wait for approval from the state Department of Transportation.

Mayor Kyle Roddey says

The Village of Goshen is thrilled that this job-creating project is moving forward. Kikkerfrosch will be an asset for the village as well as the county.

Roddey estimated the brewery will bring at least 80 jobs.

Kikkerfrosch managing member Michael Politopoulos has said the company hopes to break ground this summer. This could be Orange County's second new brewery, as last year we reported that the Equilibrium Brewery project was planning on opening a brewery at the old meat packing plant on Henry Street in Middletown
