Construction Work To Begin On Gallaria Tunnel

Construction work is set to begin in 45 days on the connector road between the Galleria and Orange Plaza. The NY state DOT has named Sullivan County Paving and Construction of Cochecton as the low bidder at around $4.5 million dollars for the road. The two lane road will run under Route 17/I-86. Site work will begin soon, and run through the winter months and paving is set to start next spring. Read more HERE at the Times Herald Record.
