The Hudson Valley has been enjoying beautiful weather over the last few days.  High pressure that has been in control of our weather, will be moving out.  Clouds will be building in ahead of a warm front and low-pressure system that will moving in the Great Lakes on Tuesday night.  Then a cold front will be in a chance of showers and thunderstorms, for the Hudson Valley on Wednesday afternoon.  It will be a muggy and sticky on Wednesday, but then once the fronts move through, we’ll see a return to nice weather for the end of the week.

Here’s the latest weather forecast from the National Weather Service:

Wednesday: Mostly cloudy, with a high near 78.  A chance of showers and possible thunderstorms in the afternoon.  There could be storms with gusty winds.

Wednesday night:  Mostly cloudy, with clearing overnight.  Low near 61.  There will be a chance of showers and thunderstorms.  Again, with possible strong storms.

Thursday:  Sunny, high near 79.

Friday:  Sunny, high near 78.
