Up Your Guacamole Game in Time for Cinco De Mayo [WATCH]

I learned what goes into making homemade guacamole during his visit to Mexicali Blue in Wappingers Falls. 

There are so many great places to eat here in the Hudson Valley, and I'm on a mission to show you that you don't have to travel too far to enjoy a nice fresh meal.

My first stop was Mexcali Blue in Wappingers, where they are making everything fresh on a daily basis.

Mexicali was recently voted best taco in the Hudson Valley for their catfish taco. They serve up California style Mexican food. The food is absolutely amazing, and seeing the amount of love and passion that goes into their menu was very refreshing.

In this first video, we see what Mexicali does on a daily basis when it comes to their guacamole. Made fresh every single day (like everything else on the menu), the finished product is awesome.
