Celebrate the Season this Saturday in Wappingers Falls

It's hard to decide which of the many Hudson Valley autumn events to bring your family to, but here's one you won't want to miss. It's the 4th Annual Wappingers Falls Halloween Parade and Fall Festival this Saturday, Oct. 14 from 1 - 4 pm.

There will be something for everyone in the family. A costume parade and contest, a pie eating contest, a pumpkin carving contest, a donut on a string challenge, and other fun games.  If you want to be part of the pumpkin carving contest, bring your best carved pumpkin to the showcase table at the event. There will also be face painting, crafts, raffles, and plenty of food vendors. This is what fun fall days are all about here in the Hudson Valley.
