California Police Dog Promoted to Detective

The Escondido California Police Department has promoted an 8 year old German shepherd to detective. Jena joined the department in 2010 working as a patrol K9 helping locate wanted men and women over 1,000 times. Congrats to Jena who has now become the first canine to make detective in the department's history.
