Yup, it's true. Burger King will now become the biggest restaurant seller of hot dogs in the country, with the release of their "Grilled Dogs."

Starting Feb. 23, Burger King will begin selling two kinds of grilled hot dogs at all 7,100 of their U.S. locations. As for the dogs, Burger King will be serving up a classic grilled dog and a chili cheese dog.

The grilled dogs will be a permanent part of Burger King's menu. With the burger chains' ability to flame grill meat, hot dogs seemed like a natural fit.

Burger King tested the hot dogs in multiple cities last year, and according to Alex Macedo, Burger King North America President: "It was the biggest market test that we ever did,we haven’t been as excited about a product announced like this in a long long time", as reported by USA Today.

Burger King has also teamed up with Oscar Mayer, who will be supplying the hot dogs. Aside from Oscar Mayer, Burger King also plans to bring in Snoop Dogg, and Charo for training videos for making the hot dogs.
