Hold on to your horses, Budweiser is saying goodbye to their trademark Clydesdales for this year's advertising campaign.

The iconic horses have been used in Budweiser ads since 1987.

Budweiser will instead focus it's advertising dollars on attracting the younger audience. According to the brand's parent company, about 44 percent of 21 to 27 years-old drinkers have never even tried Budweiser.

The new Budweiser commercials will features millenials answering the question "If you could grab a bud with any of your friends this holiday season, who would it be?"

Budweiser also plans to sponsor food festivals and host parties in college towns.
