The Times Herald Record reports that Kenneth Stahli has been found guilty of second-degree murder, depraved indifference, in the death of 2-year-old Mason Decosmo. More details on the way.

Stahli's trial had taken lace over the past two weeks in the Ulster County Court, with District Attorney Holley Carnright prosecuting the case. Stahli was represented by Andrew Kossover and MariAnn Connolly. Carnright spoke to the jury of the tragic story of Mason Decosomo. The 2 year-old Mason died covered in nearly 70 bruises. Some of the bruises and marks were older, and many made within a day of his death. The Poughkepsie Journal also reports that there were traces of heroin found in his bile, and that his pancreas was cut in two.
