Bottles of Beer Recalled For Possible Glass Shards

One of the most popular Summertime beers has been recalled because of a production error that may have left small particles of glass inside the bottles.  Corona is warning it's customers that lime slices may not be the only thing lurking on the bottom of their bottle.  The Mexican beer maker is voluntarily recalling clear glass 12-ounce bottles in select six-pack, 12-pack and 18-pack packages.  You can find the specific codes for the affected bottles at this website set up by Constellation Brands, importer of Corona beer.

Corona says in a press release that less than 1 percent of their product has been affected by the recall, but they urge customers to check bottles they have already purchased.  If you have a recalled bottle of Corona, you can call 1-866-204-9407 for more information about reimbursement.
