51 year old boat captain Craig Gallo seemed to be getting lucky...that is until he crashed his boat into the La Guardia's runway approach lights.  Now, the Andover, NJ man is losing both his boating and motor vehicle licenses until further notice.

The captain and a friend, James Benenato, were partying it up at a tiki bar at Arrow Yacht Club in College Point, last Saturday night. There, the duo picked up a women whom they brought to Gallo's 28 foot Wellcraft fishing vessel for a trip out on the water. Here's where things get a little crazy. At around 11:30 that night, the boat was reported to have crashed into the Runway 22 lights, near the airport. Allegedly the inebriated captain and his friend were engaging in three way sex with the women as the boat crashed. Upon investigation, Port Authority Police and the NYPD Harbor police say they discovered numerous beer cans and ruffled bed sheets aboard the boat.

From the NY Post

Photos taken after the crash showed a dozen or so Budweiser beer cans overflowing a bucket and strewn about the deck and cabin, with sheets and clothing strewn about the ship’s cramped cabin.

Gallo refused a breathalyzer and was arrested. Both he and the women suffered facial injuries. Aside from losing his licenses, he's been ordered by a judge to undergo alcohol and drug abuse assessment
