Beer Made With Sweet Potatoes Has A Surprising Taste

This week, Mitch from Half Time had The Boris & Robyn guess the mystery ingredient in Lazy Magnolia's Jefferson Stout. Who would have guessed it was sweet potatoes? The brewers at Lazy Magnolia have brewed a full bodied milk stout that gets some extra sweetness from the addition of sweet potatoes. But don't expect this beer to taste like a turkey dinner. The potatoes do add some sweetness, but almost zero actual potato flavor.
