No matter where you stand politically, I think we can all agree that our veterans should be honored. They fight and have fought for our freedom. They risk their lives, so we can live ours happily, safely, and without fear.

This Sunday, Aug. 12, you can honor Hudson Valley Veterans. It's the 6th Annual BBQ and Bike Show from 10 am - 4 pm at Lippincott Manor, 69 Lippincott Road in Wallkill. This is a fundraiser for Hudson Valley Honor Flight, a nonprofit organization that honors American Veterans. There will be live music, 50/50 raffles, a bounce house, and lots of delicious food. The car show begins at 10 am, and the party starts at noon. It's only $25 admission, and kids 12 and under are free. A fun day for the whole family, and for one of the best causes ever.
