The three awarding-winning hospitals that are part of the Health Quest family are Northern Dutchess Hospital in Rhinebeck, Putnam Hospital Center in Carmel and Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie.

Northern Dutchess Hospital (NDH) is a 68-bed, acute care hospital providing a comprehensive range of emergency, medical and surgical services. Their more than 280 practitioners offer expert care in Orthopedics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Surgery, Emergency Medicine, Pain Management, Pediatrics, Cardiology, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Ophthalmology, Neurology, Gastroenterology, Psychology, Psychiatry, Pulmonology, Oncology, Urology, Acute Rehabilitation and Plastic Surgery. NDH also takes pride in offering a full suite of services focusing on Women’s Health, encompassing diagnostic, medical and wellness services for women and bringing together a highly specialized team of physicians, therapists and clinicians dedicated to providing the highest quality of care in a convenient setting.

Putnam Hospital Center (PHC) is a 164-bed, acute care hospital offering the highest quality medical, surgical, psychiatric, pediatric and obstetrical/gynecological care, as well as 24-hour emergency services. The hospital has 110 medical/surgical beds, a 10-bed intensive care unit, 10 pediatric beds, a 14-bed maternity unit and a 20-bed adult psychiatric unit. PHC offers a full range of inpatient and outpatient services to patients who live and work in Putnam, northern Westchester and southern Dutchess counties. PHC is also Putnam County's largest employer with a staff of over 350 highly qualified physicians, surgeons and allied health professionals and approximately 1,000 total employees.

Vassar Brothers Medical Center (VBMC), a 365-bed facility, has been serving the Hudson Valley since 1887. Located on the banks of the Hudson River, VBMC has established centers of excellence in Cardiac Services, Cancer Care and Women and Children's Health Services. As a regional medical center, VBMC houses the area's first and only Cardiothoracic Surgery Center between Westchester and Albany. The Dyson Center for Cancer Care is designed to accommodate patients and their families while providing infusion therapy, radiation therapy, stereotactic radiosurgery and a wide variety of support groups. VBMC is also home to the only Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in the Hudson Valley and the only dedicated Pediatric Unit.

The Health Quest family also includes 10 primary care Health Quest Medical Practice (HQMP) locations—as well as several HQMP specialty locations—spread throughout the Hudson Valley. HQMP offers access to specialists in Breast Surgery, Cardiology, Cardiothoracic Surgery, General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, OB/GYN, Perinatology, Maternal Fetal Medicine and Psychiatry, as well as Family Practitioners.
