Army Officer Confronts Fake Veteran Who Was Panhandling [VIDEO]

This is the viral video of a former Army Medic Garrett Goodwin confronting a homeless man in Florida who was panhandling while wearing an Army uniform. The panhandler never served, though he initially told Goodwin he was former Special Forces and his missions so secret that the VA doesn't even acknowledge he exists. Goodwin says he offered the man at first, but then grew suspicious of the markings on the man's uniform. The panhandler, who cannot provide Goodwin a veteran ID, apologizes over and over again...even offering to take off his shirt as Goodwin repeatedly urges him to stay out of the street to avoid getting hit by a car.
