Say goodbye to the most interesting man in the world. Actor Jonathan Goldsmith is starring in his final Dos Equis commercial, and he's being sent off on a one way trip to Mars.

Goldsmith's final commercial announces that his character is leaving with only one regret, which is "not knowing what regret feels like."

Although Goldsmith has confirmed that he will no longer star in the now-famous commercials, we're pretty confident that we haven't seen the last of the most interesting man. With Goldsmith now off-world, it only makes sense that someone new will need to fill his shoes as the most interesting man.

Until we find out who that is, we can't help but wonder who the most interesting person in the Hudson Valley is. Could it be a local celebrity? A politician? Maybe one of your friends who has a unique talent, like being able to catch every green light on Route 9 from Fishkill to Rhinebeck?

The Boris & Robyn Show will be taking suggestions for the most interesting person in the Hudson Valley on Thursday morning. If you're still thinking about who you would nominate, here are some qualifications we think they should have:

Whichever side of the river they're on is always the Hudson Valley's "best side"

When they arrive at the Dutchess County Fair, it quickly becomes the Dutchess County Excellent.

If they party in Middletown, the Newburgh Waterfront comes to them.

General Montgomery celebrates THEIR birthday every year with a parade.

The famous Poughkeepsie Crows only started flocking to the area after they were born.

So who do you think the most interesting person in the Hudson Valley may be? Let us know more of your ideas on our Facebook page or in the comments section below.
