As the Hudson Valley's favorite ice cream shop they're the experts on everything ice cream, so we put asked them some of the most burning questions about ice cream cakes.

For ages we've always wondered if you're supposed to eat an ice cream cake with a spoon or a fork. Because it's a cake, some people think a fork is the obvious way to go. But because the cake is made from ice cream, others believe that you just have to use a spoon.
