Another NFL RB In Trouble: Adrian Peterson Indicted By A Grand Jury For Child Abuse

Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson has been indicted by a grand jury for reckless or negligent injury to a child. The Vikings have deactivated Peterson and he will not play in this week's game against New England.

Peterson's 4 year old son was in his care in Texas, when he suffered multiple lacerations to his thighs, buttocks, and bruises on his lower back, and hands.

When the boy returned to Minnesota, his mother took him to the doctor. After examining the boy the doctor deemed it child abuse and contacted the authorities.
