Ace Frehley will play a sold out show at The Chance in Poughkeepsie this Friday, Sept. 30. The show was originally scheduled for this past April.

Former Kiss guitarist Ace Frehley is a rock n roll hall of famer. The ‘Spaceman’ played with Kiss from the band’s inception in 1973 until 1982. He started a solo career after leaving Kiss and eventually returned to the band for their highly successful reunion in 1996. Ace continues to record and tour with his solo band. A covers album entitled Origins, Vol. 1 was released on April 13, 2016. For more on Ace and his current band which includes Hudson Valley legend Richie Scarlet on guitar, check out the official Ace Frehley website here.

Ace last performed in the Hudson Valley area back in 2014 at Sugar Loaf Performing Arts Center where he played to a sold out crowd. I got to hang backstage with Ace before the show and he was very cool. Gonna be a great night of solo and Kiss classics Friday night!

An after show party will immediately follow the the concert next door at The Nuddy Bar and Grill hosted by me (Tigman). Tickets are sold out for this show originally scheduled back in April. Show was postponed when Ace Frehley fell ill. For info call The Chance box office at 845-471-1966 and ticketweb.com.
